Tarot Decks

Tarot reading is the practice of divining wisdom and guidance through a specific spread or layout of Tarot cards. Tarot do not simply tell your fortune, but also provide insight into the innermost truths of your higher self. In other words, the Tarot provide an evolved awareness of what you already know deep within.

Tarot decks have 78 cards (22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana cards), each of which provides detailed insight into a specific situation.

Oracle decks

Oracle decks are a tool of self-reflection to add to your magical and spiritual practice, or just to use for fun. And while Oracle cards can offer insight similar to tarot cards, there are some major differences. There is no one way to make an oracle deck, the cards may contain messages from goddesses, famous literary witches, self-care tips or teachings.

Oracle decks can contain as many cards as the creator wants.

lenormand decks

Lenormand Cards are an alternative system of cartomancy, similar to Tarot but also different in purpose, feeling and structure. Unlike Tarot, Lenormand is a much more practical deck - focusing somewhat less on psychological feelings and instead on everyday happenings. Tarot focuses on the "why", while Lenormand tends to focus on the "how".

Lenormand decks have 36 cards. They are named after the 19th century French fortune-teller, Mademoiselle Marie Anne Lenormand.

Runes & I-Ching DECKS

Runes are an ancient Germanic alphabet called Elder Futhark with 24 runes. Since ancient times, Runes have been used for divination and magic, in addition to writing. The word "rune" actually means mystery, secret or whisper. Each rune has esoteric meanings and properties associated with it, beyond its mundane meaning and phonetic value.

I Ching or Book of Changes is an ancient Chinese divination text. The I Ching uses a type of divination called cleromancy, which produces apparently random numbers that are turned into 64 hexagrams used to foretell the future and indicate wise courses of action.
